Here are just a few handy ponits to bare in mind when booking a Private Charter Cruise with us:
- Please try to have a number of different dates and times available for you to cruise encase the date or time you want is already taken, time slots for departures as a guild are the following 09:00, 12:00, 15:00, 18:00, these can be altered in some cases but you should plan for one of these departure times in order to avoid disappointment
- If you enquire to see if a date and time slot is free for your cruise and request a quote we cannot hold the date for you until you have confirmed you require it and have sent a deposit, so try and book as soon as possible in order for the date not to be given to another lead passenger.
- We require a deposit of £50 to £100 (depending on type and length of your cruise) to secure your trip and departure date.
- We require your outstand balance for your Private Charter Cruise Seven working days before departure, along with your final menu choices (if relevant) and passenger numbers, no reduction in cost can be made after this point.
-
The total cost of your trip is based on the number of hours you hire the vessel for and the food option you pick, for example if you wanted a cruise for 25 passengers for Two Hours with a Fish & Chips, you work it out like this:
2 Hour cruise @ £125 per hour = £250.00
25 Passengers for fish & chips @ £6.95 = £173.75
The total is £423.75 and to work out the cost per head you simply divide it by the number of people, in this case 25 passengers, cost per head £16.95.
-
All the vessels in the fleet are non-smoking throughout.
